At POSTER GIRL, we want you to feel iconic in your purchase, but if your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all security tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
